September 6, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #27 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE LAUREL NOKOMIS SCHOOL PORTABLE PROJECT Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor. The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in Change Order #1. The Director of Construction Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statues. Recommendation That the Laurel Nokomis School Portable Addition project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor be approved as presented.
